Introduction

Welcome to Face Your Dragon (“Face Your Dragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://faceyourdragon.com. We provide visibility services designed to help thought leaders, authors, coaches, and entrepreneurs increase their chances of securing guest appearances on podcasts and media exposure across TV, radio, digital, and print. While we use proven outreach strategies and make our best efforts to pitch you effectively, we do not guarantee placements or specific outcomes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

Services

We offer two core visibility training and outreach programs:

1. Get Me On Podcasts – A structured outreach campaign and coaching program to secure podcast guest appearances.

2. Pitch Me To Media – A 12-month program combining podcast outreach with media training and outreach to traditional media outlets (TV, radio, print, digital).

Each program includes a combination of curated outreach, email campaign execution, training, live coaching, courses, and implementation support via Slack.

Included services may consist of:

• Proprietary outreach systems and campaign tools
• Monthly curated podcast/media opportunities
• Get Me On Podcasts & Pitch Me To Media online courses
• Weekly live group coaching with our team w/ hot seat media training (Pitch Me To Media only)
• Slack channel for team communication

Program Duration & Fees

Get Me On Podcasts:

• 6-Month Plan: $1,997 upfront, plus $37/month
• Lifetime Membership: $297 monthly for 12 months, then $37/month
• Lifetime Membership: $2,997 one-time, plus $37/month

Pitch Me To Media:

• Full-Pay: $9,997
• 12-Month Monthly Plan: $1,250/month

Special promotions may be offered via email, social media, or direct communication.

Service Terms

The minimum term for Get Me On Podcasts is 6 months. 

Pitch Me To Media is a 12-month commitment. 

– No early cancellation is permitted; all payments are required as agreed. 

– Lifetime memberships are valid only while Face Your Dragon, LLC is active and under original ownership.

You have the option to upgrade to Lifetime membership from the 6-Month plan. When you upgrade, we will apply 50% of the fee towards the Lifetime fee. 

Onboarding & Setup

The onboarding process takes approximately 1 – 2 weeks following payment. Timely submission of assets and communication via Slack is required for campaign success.

Delay caused by client inactivity, overwhelm, or technical difficulty will not result in refund or extended service.

For Pitch Me To Media, onboarding includes media guesting setup, media messaging, and email warmup in month 1. Outreach begins month 2 onward.

Email Warmup 

We may require up to 2 – 3 months to warm up your email domain before beginning outreach, especially if the domain is new or inactive. In most cases, 0 – 2 week warmup is necessary. We may temporarily run outreach from our domain/email if yours is not usable. 

No free email services (e.g., Gmail) are permitted. 

No Guarantees 

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., bookings, media appearances, revenue). Your visibility depends on multiple variables including your niche, clarity of message, and audience/show availability & relevance.

Beta & Evolving Programs 

Our systems are continuously evolving, and some features may be in beta or subject to change. Bugs or limitations may occur. By participating, you acknowledge the platform may be imperfect and agree to report issues. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for all users.

Slack as Primary Communication 

We use Slack exclusively for all team and client communication. Delayed responses may impact campaign flow. You are responsible for reviewing all messages, updates, and action items within Slack.

IP, Confidentiality & Use Restrictions 

All program content, systems, tools, and training materials, whether part of the “Get Me On Podcasts” or “Pitch Me To Media” programs, are proprietary assets owned by Face Your Dragon, LLC and its licensors. This includes copyrighted materials, trademarks, outreach frameworks, workflows, templates, and any supporting creative or strategic content.

By enrolling, you receive a non-transferable license to use these resources within your own business. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any part of these assets externally without prior written consent.

If you invite team members, assistants, or contractors into our systems (e.g., Slack, project platforms), it is your responsibility to ensure they comply fully with these intellectual property restrictions. Any violation by your affiliates will be treated as a violation by you.

Refunds & Cancellation 

All payments are final and non-refundable. There is no cooling-off period. Once your payment is processed and Terms accepted, you are committed to the full duration of the program. Chargebacks will be treated as contract breaches and may result in legal action.

Pause Policy 

Campaigns may be paused upon request; however, monthly payments, software & system fees will continue during this period.

User Responsibility & Accounts 

You are responsible for your own scheduling link, onboarding forms, availability, and communication. You agree to maintain account credentials and protect all proprietary information.

Third-Party Services 

We may use third-party software (Slack, Calendly, Google, payment processors, etc.). You are subject to their terms.

Privacy & Legal

All services are governed under the laws of the State of California.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services, you and Face Your Dragon agree to first try and resolve the issue collaboratively.

If the issue cannot be resolved, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and/or checking the agreement box at checkout, Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including no refunds, no guarantees, and full payment obligations.
