We provide coaching services that help individuals develop and launch their own coaching programs, live or virtual events, or get booked on podcasts. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

Services
We offer a group coaching program called “Get Me On Podcasts” that assists you in securing podcast guest spots. The program includes:

• Proprietary software solution: A specialized methodology and tool designed to reach out to and have interested podcast hosts reply.
• Custom curated list of podcast hosts: A personalized list of podcasts loaded monthly that align with your expertise and target audience.
• Online course materials: Comprehensive training resources covering topics such as podcast pitching, interview preparation, and content creation.
• Coaching: Personalized guidance from our experienced coaches to help you navigate the podcast booking process, including what to do before the show, on the show, and after the show to maximize the opportunity.
• Weekly group Zoom calls: Opportunities to connect with other program participants, share experiences, and receive support. (These will be held if deemed necessary by Face Your Dragon).
• Slack channel and Facebook group: Online communities where you can ask questions, collaborate, and network.

Fees

The “Get Me On Podcasts” program offers the following payment options:

1. Monthly: $297 per month with a one-time $197 setup fee.
2. 6-Month Plan: $1,497 upfront, plus $37 per month.
3. 12-Month Plan: $1,997 upfront, plus $37 per month. 
4. Lifetime Membership: $2,997 one-time fee, plus $37 per month.

Special Offers:
Promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other discounts are as advertised via email, text, social media, private conversations, or other communication channels.

Service Terms
The minimum service term for the “Get Me On Podcasts” program is three months. Cancellation before the completion of the minimum term is possible, but no refunds will be issued, and all payments due must be paid.

You have the option to upgrade to a Lifetime membership from Monthly and 6 Months. When you upgrade, we will apply one month of services toward the Lifetime fee ($297). The $197 setup fee will not be applied.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term (e.g., Monthly, 6 months, or 12 months) at the then-current price. You will be notified of any price changes prior to the renewal. You can cancel your subscription up to 3 days before your auto-renewal by contacting us in Slack.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date and are subsequently charged, you will be responsible for all fees associated with the transaction, including both the initial charge and any refund processing fees, should you request a refund.

It is your responsibility to notify us in advance if you wish to cancel your subscription to avoid automatic renewal and associated charges. Failure to do so will result in these charges being applied.

Our Lifetime membership is valid only as long as Face Your Dragon remains in business and under its current ownership. If Face Your Dragon discontinues operations or is sold to another owner, your Lifetime membership will no longer be valid.

Onboarding
The Onboarding Process, which includes initial meetings, information gathering, and project setup, typically takes 1-2 weeks after payment is completed. However, this timeline can vary based on project complexity and client-specific factors.

We’re committed to providing a smooth onboarding experience and will keep you informed of any potential delays. Once onboarding is complete, you can expect to start receiving inquiries from podcast hosts within 2 weeks or more, although it could happen faster. The exact timeline depends on factors like your expertise, the alignment of your content with potential podcasts, and email deliverability.

Email Warming
Before we can start your podcast outreach campaign, we may need to warm up your business email domain (no free email services like Gmail are allowed). This process can take 2-3 months, depending on the age and history of your domain.

If your domain is over 6 months old and has never been used for email, we can often warm it up in as little as two weeks. If we use an email that you have been using regularly, we can normally get started right away.

We reserve the right to determine the best approach for warming up your email domain to ensure optimal campaign results. This may involve additional steps or delays.

Beta Testing
The “Get Me On Podcasts” platform is currently in Beta testing, which means it may have some bugs or limitations. We are continuously working to improve the platform and appreciate your understanding and patience during this phase.

By using the platform during Beta testing, you acknowledge that it may not be perfect and agree to report any issues or bugs you encounter. Your feedback will help us improve the platform for all users.

Due to the Beta status, we are offering the platform to you at a discounted rate as part of this agreement.

No Guarantees
Face Your Dragon does not guarantee specific results or revenue from the “Get Me On Podcasts” program. The success of the program depends on your active participation and adherence to the consultant’s guidance.

User Accounts
You may browse our website without creating an account. However, to access certain features, including the “Get Me On Podcasts” program, you will need to register for an account (“Account”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided on this website, including the “Get Me On Podcasts” program, are the exclusive intellectual property of Face Your Dragon and its licensors. This includes trademarks, copyrighted materials, proprietary program structures, and any other creative assets. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Face Your Dragon.

Additionally, by adding any team members, partners, or third parties to channels or systems owned by Face Your Dragon (e.g., Slack, project boards, or resources), you agree that these individuals are also bound by these intellectual property restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that any individuals you bring into the program or systems adhere to these terms.

Confidentiality
By participating in the “Get Me On Podcasts” program, you agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared by Face Your Dragon or fellow participants. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, marketing strategies, operational processes, and financial data. You shall not disclose, share, or otherwise communicate this confidential information to any third party without explicit, prior written authorization from Face Your Dragon.

For team members, partners, or individuals you invite into the program or communication channels (e.g., Slack), you are responsible for ensuring they also agree to and uphold these confidentiality terms. Any breach of confidentiality by such individuals will be treated as a breach by you, and you may be held liable for damages arising from their actions.

Third-Party Payment Services
We utilize third-party payment services for processing payments. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are subject to their terms and conditions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.

Privacy Policy

Refunds
There are no refunds for the “Get Me On Podcasts” program. If you cancel the program after the start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Termination
We may terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may also terminate your account at any time.

Indemnity, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
By using our website, services, or participating in the Face Your Dragon program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Face Your Dragon, its licensors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues such as domains being flagged as spam, and extends to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury.

Changes to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and services after these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services, you and Face Your Dragon agree to first try and resolve the issue collaboratively.

If the issued cannot be resolved, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
